In her new role, Good will oversee Dawn’s corporate giving initiatives, awarding grants that align with the company’s corporate giving priorities across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Additionally, Good will manage the Team Member Relief Fund and support Dawn’s relationship with For Goodness Cakes in North America.

Good most recently served as the Executive Director of the Jackson School of the Arts in Jackson, Michigan, and succeeds Sarah Richmond in this role, who will retire in August.
Richmond’s three-decade career at Dawn has been defined by exemplary leadership, dedication, and a profound commitment to community. While stepping away from her role in Corporate Giving, Richmond will continue to serve on Dawn’s Board of Directors.
“Working at Dawn and building a corporate giving program that has grown to impact communities around the world has been an incredible experience,” said Richmond. “I am honored to continue my service on the Dawn Board and to pursue my passion for service in retirement.”
Richmond will continue to support the community as Co-Founder of Hope Kitchen, a Jackson-area non-profit that will offer culinary training to young people facing adversity.
