The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce’s Premier Jackson Leadership Academy Enrolling Now

Jackson, MI – The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that participant applications are now being accepted for the 41st Class of Leadership Jackson, presented by Consumers Energy.

Leadership Jackson is The Chamber’s premier professional development series. During the 14-session schedule, participants will grow their leadership capabilities and behaviors, making them more skilled leaders while accelerating their leadership journey. Each of the sessions provide relevant information presented by experts on the topic that transform leadership potential into ability. Since its inception in 1982, Leadership Jackson has helped more than 900 people to become more effective leaders within Jackson County. Today the list of graduates reads like a “Who’s Who” of community pacesetters.

“Every year Leadership Jackson proves to be such an asset to those who are involved with the program. From the participants themselves, to the Non-Profits that we connect with while the participants engage in their service project, the community is strengthened as whole. The Chamber is proud of this academy and the way it assists rising leaders in the Jackson area,” said Craig Hatch, President/CEO of The Chamber.

The application deadline is September 10th, with the first session beginning October 6th. The academy is scheduled to conclude on April 21st. Space is limited.
